Yes, because the landlords and property managers we represent pay our fee so our service to you is FREE.

* How does your service work? *
Upon your arrival to our office, a licensed leasing agent will be assigned to you that is familiar with your needs. They will go over your criteria: size, neighborhoods, move in date, price range, etc... and then search our database for listings that match your needs. After compiling a list of possible options, they will gather the keys and drive you to see the selected listings. If you find a listing you would like to apply for, you will be asked to put down the deposit and a credit check fee. The approval process of an application generally takes 2-3 days at which point you will be asked to sign your lease and place a security deposit.


* How does Getamoveon.com differ from other services? *
Getamoveon.com provides agents that have been successfully matching owners and renters since 1983. During this time we have accumulated thousands of listings, many of which are exclusive to our service. In addition to our expansive inventory, our agents have an average of 5 years experience. 

* What areas does the Getamoveon.com cover? *
Our listings are located between Loop 410 and the Downtown area in San Antonio.

We list everything from apartments, commercial property, lofts, , town homes, corporate housing units, home rentals or and more.

* When should I start looking for a listing? *
We generally get listings 30-60 days in advance, but even if you only have a couple days to move, we can help. We have properties ready to move into, 365 days a year.

* What if I need a short-term or furnished listing ? *
Although the majority of our apartments are unfurnished with a 12 month lease, flexible lease terms and furnished options are always available.

* Do you have listings that accept pets? *
We have many pet-friendly apartments available in a variety of neighborhoods and price ranges.

* What should I bring to my appointment? *
It's a good idea to bring any documents that may be useful in the approval process; Offer letters, past rental contacts, check stubs, co-signer information, as well as a payment method to secure the listing you select.

* Do I need to make an appointment? *
It's a good idea to set an appointment, especially on weekends, but we always have agents ready to assist walk-ins.

* How long will my appointment take? *
Appointment times may vary depending on the number of listings you choose to see. We generally recommend allowing 2-3 hours.
